Your Soil…Your Climate…Your System

Join Walter Jehne and Dick Richardson to tackle the practical hurdles to a better integrated regenerative grazing operation.

This session will look closely at the host farming system and how current anagement may be tailored to increase regenerative grazing outcomes.

Walter Jehne of Healthy Soils Australia: Walter is a soil microbiologist with experience on various aspects of pastures and soil including the sustainable cycling of nutrients and how we can actually maintain bio-productivities with lower inputs. Walter is now director of Healthy Soils Australia, a not for profit organisation linking leading scientists and farmers to try to address key natural landscape processes; soil, water, food security.

Dick Richardson of Grazing Naturally: Dick is internationally accredited as a Holistic Management Educator and has practiced holistic management since 1990. Dick is best known for his ability to improve farming outcomes, with those who are long term practitioners and experienced ‘Holistic Farmers’ especially with regards to animal and land performance.
