Currently in Mid Murray, there is a considerable opportunity in the housing sector.  The Mid Murray District Council has prepared a document which contains detailed maps as to the number of specific opportunities that currently exist.

This includes Paddlesteamer Estate Stages 1 & 2, Sunset Rise Estate, Sanctuary on Mannum, Shearer Heights, Mannum Waters proposed marina and the rezoning of the Horwood Bagshaw site.
