Monarto South Study

Three Councils and three Regional Development Boards from the Murraylands, Adelaide Hills and the Fleurieu regions have come together as a Common Purpose Group to investigate the concept of a transport hub and other land use options for the Monarto South precinct. The Common Purpose Group commissioned a study on the concept in mid 2008.

The Monarto South Intermodal and Land Use Study has been completed by Jensen Planning and Design and adopted by the Common Purpose Group. The study has now been released for public comment and is attached below.

The study recognizes the importance of infrastructure provision to support any future land use options for Monarto South and recommends further work be undertaken to investigate these.
