Regional Development Manager - Capability

With a strategic focus on growing the regions capability as a driver of economic development, we are seeking to appoint an individual to our Berri office who is self motivated and passionate about helping businesses & employees increase their productivity, success and competitiveness. As part of a small but dedicated team, you will have experience working with different industry sectors. Our vibrant region has enormous potential, and this role will help unlock these opportunities by working in partnership with businesses and stakeholders.

Reporting to the CEO, the Regional Development Manager will work as one for four managers in the team responsible to facilitate economic and business development. With a portfolio focus on improving our businesses Capability, this role will also lead our experienced Employment & Training teams. 

The role will be based in our Berri office and is a full time contract position, initially for 12 months.

Marketing and Communications Manager

RDA Murraylands and Riverland provides high quality regional development services with the goal of business and jobs growth and new investment to the region.

With a strategic focus on growing the regions success, we are seeking to appoint an experienced Marketing & Communications Manager who is self-motivated and passionate about working within a small but dedicated team. This newly created hands on role will lead the Marketing & Communications strategy for our organisation as well as its implementation. With a focus on growing the impact of our B2B communications, the role will also be responsible for our CRM database and its growth.

You will support the Regional Development Managers who are responsible for facilitating economic development opportunities, and work in specific portfolios such as infrastructure and logistics, value added agriculture and services, capability and growth and innovation. This will involve development of a range of marketing and communications collateral including advertising, signage, brochures, digital platforms and various social media, working within an agreed budget and KPI's.

You will also lead the planning and management of various events held by RDAMR, including their promotion and tracking of registrations into attendance numbers.

This role is initially being offered as a 12 month contract role at a 0.8 FTE. The days and hours of work are flexible based on the successful candidates requirements.

Executive Assistant to CEO and Board (0.5 FTE)

An opportunity now exists for a suitably qualified, passionate and experienced professional Executive Assistant to join this dynamic organisation. Reporting to the CEO, this role provides professional and confidential executive and administrative support. In addition the role will co-ordinate the organization’s compliance requirements are met and exceeded. 

The incumbent must possess excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills and will be required to proactively liaise with the Chair, Board, and other key stakeholders to ensure all information requirements are met.

This role is initially being offered as a 12 month contract at 0.5 FTE. The location, days and hours of work are flexible based on the successful candidate’s requirements.
